Concept and Architecture

The hydro and thermal insulations of the buildings are compatible with the mountainous climatic conditions.

Apartments

The complex offers different variations of the basic types of apartments: studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Most apartments have balconies with incomparable views over the Rhodoppe Mountains and Bansko or Rila and Pirin Mountains. Each apartment is designed with a ski-wardrobe. The one- and two-bedroom apartments have an open fireplace, which creates a cosy atmosphere in the living room.

All the apartments in the holiday complex are received by the owners fully completed and furnished with high quality materials and stylish and functional furniture.

The finishing work includes window framing with noise and thermal insulation qualities, doors made of up-to-date, natural materials suitable for tanning and additional treatment. The floors of the living rooms are covered with terracotta tiles, those of the bedrooms – with soft and warm carpet flooring. The floor surface of the terraces and the bathrooms is from Italian granite-like and terracotta tiles. The kitchenettes are convenient and equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, easy to use. Each apartment has cable television and internet connection installed. The heating is central with a separate counter meter for each apartment. The fuel used is diesel or gas. The owners of the apartments have a choice between two styles of furnishing – modern or classical, according to their preferences.


Sales Conditions

The investor offers flexible payment schemes, which will satisfy a wide range of customers.
Plan А consists of a low initial payment and several consecutive payments of small amounts, distributed regularly throughout the period of construction until the date of completion of the development.

Plan А - Standard
20% - on signing the preliminary contract;
20% - third floor, but not later than 30.09.2007;
30% - Certificate 14, and not later than 15.01.2008;
30% - at transfer of ownership right, and not later than 01.09.2008.

Plan B is intended for investors, who are looking for a maximum attractive proposal. This scheme includes a 5% discount off the sales price. The initial payment comprises 50% of the sales price, while the rest of the amount is divided into 2 subsequent payments.

Plan B – 5% discount
50% - on signing the preliminary contract;
30% - Certificate 14, and not later than 15.01.2008;
20% - at transfer of ownership right, and not later than 01.09.2008.

The reservation deposit is 1000 euro, which is deducted from the first payment.

The furniture and VAT are included in the prices of the apartments quoted.
